I am not a prolific writer; adding on another challenge is completely silly. And yet... I like this idea. It's to use this prompt table to write fic for 100 different ships. I don't know how many I'll actually do, but I'd like to keep the prompt table here just in case. For
100ships .

It didn’t take long for Steve to realize his mistake. He’d gone back in time for a happily ever after with Peggy. But every flash of red hair in a crowd stopped him. He knew it couldn’t be Natasha, but he’d stare anyway, searching for her face.
Why hadn’t he realized he loved her before it was too late?
As the years flowed forward, Steve did see her once. A flash of crimson, and his 100-year-old heart faltered. She looked at him, a question in her eyes. But then she shrugged as if waking from a dream and turned away.
